Medicare

Medicare Part B will cover 80% of the cost for qualifying patients to receive an approved Prosthetic and Orthotic Device. Your secondary insurance covers the remaining 20% if active. Check your Medicare eligibility.

Private Insurance / Self Pay

All private insurances will have different levels of coverage for Orthotics and Prosthetics. While most will provide at least partial coverage for patients meeting the same eligibility criteria as specified by Medicare, it is best to call your insurance provider directly to determine your coverage. BCS P&O also accepts direct payment, with payment plans available, for patients in need of Prosthetic or Orthotic devices.
